Vendor Verification Process

Submit Required Documentation

To complete your verification, please upload the following documents:

Required Documents:

  • Proof of General Liability Insurance (must show active dates)

  • Business License (state of local)

  • Owner's Photo ID (driver's license or government ID)

Optional but Recommended:

  • Photos of recent work

  • Any certifications or trade credentials

​

Your documents will be reviewed within 24-48 hours. Once approved, you will be activated in our vendor rotation system and begin receiving leads.
